§ MR. SYDNEY BUXTONI am making inquiries as to the advisability of extending the cash-on-delivery system to the agencies maintained by the British Post Office in towns on the coast of Morocco. The postal union system for the collection of trade charges appears to be extended to all German postal agencies in Morocco; but the service, so far as the French agencies are concerned, is confined to parcels addressed to Tangier and Tetuan.
