Member for Boston on the 15th ultimo. Cases in which British subjects are interested, either as owners or underwriters, are still pending before different Russian Courts. His Majesty's Government greatly regret the delay that has occurred in the hearing of these cases, and it has formed the subject of several representations by His Majesty's Ambassador at St. Petersburg; but they understand that the Russian Court will now deal with them very shortly.
