§ MR. WILLIAM REDMOND (Clare, E.)I beg to ask the First Commissioner of Works whether arrangements can be made, in view of the vacant space now in the Strangers' Gallery, to give more room for the representatives of the home and foreign Press to report the proceedings of the House.
§ MR. L. HARCOURTI have no power to admit any persons to the Galleries from which strangers are now excluded by Mr. Speaker's orders. If I had suddenly become the fountain of orders I should not feel myself safe even within the precincts of this House.
