COURTHOPE (Sussex, Rye)To ask the Postmaster-General under what regulation Post Office clerks have now, for the first time, to bear the cost of the provision and washing of the towels in Post Office lavatories; and whether in view of the fact that the use of towels is rendered necessary by their employment, he will rescind the regulation in question.
