GILHOOLY (Cork County, W.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland when the purchase agreements between the tenants of Dursey Island and Mr. William Lee White have been lodged; whether the lands have been vested in the tenants; and, if not, what is the cause of delay.
§ MR. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners inform me that the purchase agreements in this case were lodged in December, 1905. Until the case has been reached in its order of priority, and the advances sanctioned by the Commissioners, the holdings cannot be vested in the tenants.
