ARTHUR HENDERSON (Durham, Barnard Castle)rose in his place, and asked leave to move the Adjournment of the House for the purpose of discussing a definite matter of urgent public importance, viz., "the important difference between the statement of the Prime Minister regarding the future administration of the Unemployed Workmen Act and the Order issued this day by the Local Government Board;" and the pleasure of the House being signified, the Motion stood over, under Standing Order No. 10, until a quarter-past Eight this evening.
