§ MR. HALDANEPlans have now been approved and the building will be proceeded with as soon as possible.
§ MR. ASHLEY (Lancashire, Blackpool)Is the right hon. Gentleman aware that the huts in which these officers are now living are unfit for human habitation? Can they not be removed to some other place in view of the approach of winter?

§ MR. ASHLEYCan the officers not be properly housed in the village?
