To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he will grant a public inquiry into the fatal affray at Riverstown, the inquiry to be held, on oath and civilian witnesses to be protected and indemnified against prosecution beforehand, so that the inquiry shall not be one-sided.
