BOTTOMLEYI beg to ask the Prime Minister whether, in bringing up the new clause on the Report stage of the Licensing Bill providing for an extension of hours for London hotels and restaurants for the supply of alcoholic refreshment to persons taking 1720 meals, it is intended to furnish a definition of a meal.
