§ MR. ASQUITHsaid he would put down the Motion for the allocation of time for the Report stage of the Licensing Bill at the beginning of business on Wednesday. He proposed, if necessary, to ask the House to suspend the Eleven o'clock Rule for the consideration of the Port of London Bill. He proposed also to move the suspension of the Eleven o'clock Rule to-morrow for the discussion of the Education (Scotland) Bill.
