EUGENE WASON (Clackmannan and Kinross)I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for India whether he will be prepared to issue as a Parliamentary Paper the Proclamation of the King, Emperor of India, to the princes and people of India, of the 2nd of this month, and at the same time the Proclamation of the late Queen Victoria of 1st November, 1858, to the princes, chiefs, and people of India.
