WARDLE (Stockport)I beg to ask the Postmaster-General if his attention has been called to the presence on the platform at the annual meeting and conference of the Gloucester division of the National Union of the Conservative and Constitutional Association, held at the Town Hall, Tewkesbury, on 14th October, 1908, of Mr. Thomas Williams, the postmaster of that town; whether the action of Mr. Williams is contrary to the Treasury Regulations; and, if so, what action he proposes to take in the matter.
