§ CAPTAIN ARTHUR MURRAY (Kincardineshire)I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for India whether numerous meetings have been held throughout India consisting of maharajahs, rajahs, zemindars, and Indian representatives of various public bodies, at which resolutions have been passed condemning the outbreaks of sedition on the part of a small section of the Indian community, expressing their loyalty to the Government, and appealing to the masses of the population to adhere firmly to the side of law and order; and if so, whether he will consider the advisability of publishing such resolutions.
