§ MR. BELLAIRS (Lynn Regis)To ask the First Lord of the Admiralty whether the contract for the battleship "Lord Nelson" was placed in October, 1904; and, seeing that three years have now elapsed, whether he can state approximately when all dockyard or other workmen will be out of the ship and the ship take its place in the Nore Division of the Home Fleet.
