§ MR. FELLI beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade if he has made the arrangements for the Consultative Committee of Colonial Experts, which was promised at the time of the Colonial Conference.
§ MR. CHURCHILLI understand from the hon. Member that his Question relates to appointments by His Majesty's Government of Trade Commissioners in the self-governing Dominions, appointments which were in contemplation at the time of the Colonial Conference. Four such appointments have now been made—one for Canada, one for South Africa, one for Australia, and one for New Zealand. Three of the gentlemen appointed have already left this country to take up their posts.
