HC Deb 04 November 1908 vol 195 c1195
MR. SLOAN (Belfast, S.)

To ask the Postmaster-General it he has received petitions from the postal staff at Belfast regarding the proposed transfer of an overseer from the telegraph to the postal side, and certain other changes; and whether, in view of the effect of these changes upon the memorialists, the proposals have been abandoned.

(Answered by Mr. Sydney Buxton.) Petitions have been received, and the memorialists were informed that careful consideration will be given to their representations. The revision of the indoor force has not yet been settled.
