REMNANT (Finsbury, Holborn)I beg to ask Mr. Attorney-General if he can give any indication when the Report of the Royal Commission appointed in May, 1906, to consider the expediency of extending a system of registration of title to Scotland will be presented; and if the Report will be presented in time to be of use on the inquiry now proceeding before the Land Transfer Commission.
