HERBERT SAMUELThe Lord Advocate, who, as my hon. friend is aware, is Chairman of the Committee, informs the Secretary of State that he hopes that it may be possible to present the Report towards the end of the present month. As my hon. friend knows, the work of the Committee has been very laborious.
