§ MR. MORTONI beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland when he proposes to take the Second Reading of the Trawling in Prohibited Areas Bill; and whether he is aware of the feeling in Scotland that something should be done at once to protect the Scottish fishermen.
§ MR. SINCLAIRI have nothing at present to add to the assurance given by me on this subject to the hon. Gentleman the Member for North Aberdeen on 21st October. The Bill will be taken as soon as other business permits.
