To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he will state whether the Estates Commissioners will direct one of their inspectors to inquire into the case of Mrs. Helena Cunningham, who was evicted from her holding at Kilmacow, Curraglass, county Cork, on the Devonshire estate, in 1887.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners have not received any application for reinstatement in this case.
