HC Deb 29 May 1908 vol 189 c1404
MR. BOLAND (Kerry, S.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is now in a position to state what steps, if any, have been taken to secure the reinstatement of Jeremiah J. Sullivan, of Glencuthane, Killorglin, an evicted tenant on the Drummond estate.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners have decided that the evicted tenant in question is a proper person to be provided with a holding if one can be found for him, and they have referred the case to an inspector with the object of procuring a holding if possible.
