HC Deb 28 May 1908 vol 189 c1276
MR. WILLIAMSON

I beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland whether negotiations have yet been commenced with foreign Powers with regard to restricting trawling by foreign vessels in the Moray Firth, in view of the scientific work in that area.

MR. SINCLAIR

No, Sir. At present I am unable to add to my reply of Monday last on this subject.

MR. WILLIAMSON

How long is this to go on?

MR. SINCLAIR

No time is being lost in dealing with the matter.
