DALZIEL (Kirkcaldy Burghs)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he is in a position to announce the decision at which his Department has arrived in regard to the foreshore dispute in which Sir Michael Nairn is concerned; and, if not, can he say how soon such decision is likely to be announced, having regard to the ex- 1102 pressed local desire that the matter should be brought to a conclusion as speedily as possible.
