I beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he can give the House any information respecting the recent disturbances in the city and province of Van.

There was recently a disturbance in the Armenian quarter of Van. The latest information is that a search was instituted and about a dozen of the principal revolutionaries were captured without any fighting.
