MR. T. F. RICHARDSI beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether he will state the price of the new service pantaloons and trousers supplied by the Pimlico stores to the Territorial Force; the inclusive cost of material; and the cost of civilian labour.
§ MR. HALDANEService dress pantaloons and trousers are not supplied made up from the Royal Army Clothing Department to the Territorial Force. County Associations may, if they choose, demand material ready cut out, and the charge for this would be, for pantaloons per pair 9s. 3d., and for trousers 5s. 11d. The prices for making up would be arranged by the County Associations, and would vary in different localities.
