Mr. SPEAKER laid upon the Table Report from one of the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills, That, in the case of the Petition for the following Bill, originating in the Lords, the Standing Orders have not been complied with, viz.:—River Wandle Protection Bill [Lords].

Ordered, That the Report be referred to the Select Committee on Standing Orders.

Rochdale Corporation Bill.—Lords Amendments considered, and agreed to.

Argentine North-Eastern Railway Bill [Lords].—Read the third time, and passed, with Amendments.

Wolverhampton Corporation Bill.—Read the third time, and passed.

Skegness Urban District Council Bill [Lords].—As amended, considered; to be read the third time.

King's College, London (Transfer) Bill [Lords].—Read a second time, and committed.

Hurly's Divorce Bill [Lords].—Ordered That, in the case of Hurly's Divorce Bill [Lords], Standing Orders 204 and 235 be suspended, and that the Bill be now read a second time.—(The Chairman of Ways and Means.)

Bill accordingly read a second time, and committed.

Electric Lighting Provisional Orders (No. 1) Bill.—Read the third time, and passed.

Wye Fisheries Provisional Order Bill.—"To confirm a Provisional Order under The Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act, 1907, relating to the River Wye and other waters," presented by Sir Edward Strachey; read the first time; to be referred to the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills, and to be printed. [Bill 237].

Usk Fisheries Provisional Order Bill.—"To confirm a Provisional Order under The Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act, 1907, relating to the River Usk and other waters," presented by Sir Edward Strachey; read the first time; to be referred to the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills, and to be printed. [Bill 238].

Hurly's Divorce Bill [Lords].—Ordered, That a Message be sent to the Lords to request that their Lordships will be pleased to communicate to this House Copies of the Minutes of Evidence and Proceedings, together with Documents deposited in the case of Hurly's Divorce Bill [Lords].—(Mr. Attorney-General.)

Ordered, That it be an Instruction to the Select Committee on Divorce Bills, that they do hear Counsel and examine Witnesses for Hurly's Divorce Bill [Lords], and also that they do hear Counsel and examine Witnesses against the Bill, if the parties concerned think fit to be heard by Counsel and produce Witnesses.—(Mr. Attorney-General.)
