SIR EDWARD SASSOON (Hythe)

To ask the Under-Secretary of State for India whether any expression of opinion has been received from the Government of India as to the provisions of the Berlin Convention on Wireless Telegraphy; if so, whether they desire to participate in them; and, if not, would they be allowed to contract out.

(Answered by Mr. Buchanan.) The Government of India have expressed their wish to adhere to the Berlin Convention on its ratification by His Majesty's Government.
