§ in workhouses and workhouse infirmaries;, in London and in the provinces, respectively, on 1st January, 1908.
§ (Answered by Mr. John Burns.) On 1st January, 1908, the numbers of pauper children relieved in workhouses and workhouse infirmaries in England and Wales were as follows:—
§ for sale to the Estates Commissioners; and, if so, when was it inspected and reported upon, and when was, or will, an offer be made to the landlord.
§ (Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners have had an inspection made of the estate in question, and the report of the inspection was received in December 1907. A preliminary estimate of price was furnished to the owner in March last, but no reply has since been received from him.
