Mr. Nussey reported from the Committee on Group F. of Private Bills; That the parties promoting the Ponty pridd Water Bill [Lords] had stated that the evidence of Frederick E. Jacob, Mining Engineer, of Aberavon, Glamorganshire, was essential to their case; and, it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Frederick E. Jacob do attend the said Committee on Monday next, at half-past Eleven of the clock.

Ordered, That Frederick E. Jacob do attend the Committee on Group F of Private Bills on Monday next, at half-past Eleven of the Clock.
