MYERI beg to ask the Postmaster-General whether he has now considered the possibility of reducing the number of hours of attendance of the tube messengers employed at the Central Telegraph Office, as promised on the 6th January, 1907, in reply to a memorial from that staff submitted nearly two years ago.
