§ MR. HAZLETON
I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he will state who is the private secretary to the Vice-President of the Local Government Board for Ireland, and when was he appointed.

§ MR. BIRRELL
The private secretary to the Vice-President is Mr. S. Watt, one of the members of the clerical staff. He was appointed private secretary on 1st February, 1907.
