CAPTAIN CRAIGI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether Mr. Horne, R.M., who was recently sent to County Galway to study the condition of the district, has yet submitted his Report; and whether he recommended that the Criminal Law and Procedure (Ireland) Act should be put in force; and, if so, will the Irish Executive act on his recommendation.
