reported from the Committee on Group F. of Private Bills; That the parties promoting the Pontypridd Water Bill [Lords] had stated that the evidence of Frank Treharne James, Solicitor, of Merthyr Tydfil, was essential to their case; and, it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Frank Treharne James do attend the said Committee To-morrow, at Two of the clock.

Ordered, That Frank Treharne James do attend the Committee on Group F of Private Bills To-morrow, at Two of the clock.
