REDDY (King's County, Birr)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners have received an application for reinstatement from Mrs. Barry, Annagh, near Birr, county Tipperary, to her former holding; whether the evicted farm is on the landlord's hands; and have the Estates Commissioners approached the landlord with a view to the settlement of this case; and, if so, with what result.
§ MR. BIRRELLMrs. Barry's application was received by the Estates Commissioners since 1st May, 1907, and consequently the Commissioners have not yet made inquiries into the case.
