§ THE SECRETARY or STATE FOR WAR (Mr. HALDANE,) HaddingtonThe amount provided in the Vote for 1637 the Territorial Force for officers, noncommissioned officers and men of the Regular Army is £285,000. The approximate numbers and ranks are shown on page 49 of the Estimates. The pay of General Officers Commanding Divisions of the Territorial Force is fixed at £1,500 a year.
