§ MR. WHITEHEAD (Essex, S.E.)To ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer in how many cases in each of the financial years 1904–5, 1905–6, and 1906–7 relief has been granted from income-tax under the Customs and Inland Revenue Act, 1890, Section 23.
