To ask the President of the Local Government Board if he can state what is the probable amount of municipal debt increase annually, estimated, on account of the passing of the Housing and Town Planning Bill.

(Answered by Mr. John Burns.) I do not think it is possible to give any estimate on this subject, so much must depend on the action taken by individual local authorities.
