Ordered, That the Select Committee do consist of Five Members to be joined with a like number of Lords.

Ordered, That all Petitions against the Bill presented on or before 25th May, 1908, be referred to the Committee; that the Petitioners praying to be heard by themselves, their Counsel, Agents, or Witnesses be heard against the Bill, and Counsel heard in support of the Bill.

Ordered, That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers, and records.
