HC Deb 13 May 1908 vol 188 c1107
MR. J. MURPHY

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Leiutenant of Ireland it the Estates Commissioners are now in a position to deal properly with the claims of Messrs. Timothy Buckley and Morty Buckley, two evicted tenants on the Morrogh Bernard estate, County Kerry, who have been reinstated by the landlord.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.)A purchase agreement, signed by Timothy Buckley, has been lodged with the Estates Commissioners, and an inspector has been directed to arrange for the expenditure of the free grant which the Commissioners have sanctioned in the case. The Commissioners will not be in a position to take any further action in the case of Morty Buckley until a purchase agreement signed by him has been lodged.
