§ LORD R. CECILI beg to ask the President of the Board of Education whether he can now indicate the amendments which will be proposed by the Government to the Education Bill in order to carry out the undertaking given to the electors of North-West Manchester by the President of the Board of Trade that special provision would be made for the case of the Roman Catholics and for that of the Jews.
§ MR. RUNCIMANIf this aspect of the question requires further consideration, that consideration could most conveniently be given during the Committee stage of the Bill.
