§ MR. O'SHAUGHNESSYTo ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can say whether the Estates Commissioners have yet considered the case of Mrs. Mary O'Dea, of Tarbert Island, who, with five children, was evicted by Captain Fitzgerald from their holding at River View, Ballydonohue, in the County of Limerick, in the year 1899; and, if so, with what result.
(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners decided to take no action in this case, for the reasons of which I fully informed the hon. Member in my reply to his Question of 12th June last.
