§ MR. FELL (Great Yarmouth)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if the new regulations to be issued relating to the introduction of aliens into this country are to be framed with the object of keeping them out or of facilitating their entrance.
§ MR. GLADSTONEI can only repeat that I have not in contemplation the issue of any new regulations under the Aliens Act. This was fully explained in the Answer given on my behalf on 30th April.
