To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, if he can give the number of clubs, registered and unregistered, in which intoxicating liquor is supplied, in Dublin, Belfast, Cork, Limerick, Waterford, Londonderry, and the rest of Ireland.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The number of registered clubs in which intoxicating liquor is supplied is—

In Dublin Metropolitan Police District 57
In Belfast 26
In Cork 13
In Limerick 7
In Waterford 4
In Londonderry 2
In rest of Ireland 143
It is not known that intoxicating liquor is supplied in any unregistered club, except possibly in one case which is at present under investigation.
