§ SIR EDWARD GREYI am unable at present to communicate to the House any further information as to the terms of the proposed agreement, which are now under consideration. But, as I informed the hon. Member for Stirlingshire on April 30th, whenever any agreement has been come to, it will be presented to Parliament.
