To ask the Secretary of State for War whether regulations for the Special Reserve in Ireland are in course of preparation; and, if so, will they be issued prior to the period of the final annual training this year of the old Militia Force, in order that officers and men may have an opportunity of studying the new scheme when mobilised.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Haldane.) The regulations for the Special Reserve are in course of preparation, and it is hoped will he ready by the end of June.
