BOTTOMLEY (Hackney, S.)To ask the Secretary of State for War whether, in 1904, whilst under the command of Colonel Allenby and stationed at Colchester, A squadron of the 5th Lancers mutinied, and this mutiny was condoned; and, if so, whether such condonation is in violation of the King's Regulations and without precedent in the British Army.
