MYER (Lambeth, N.)I beg to ask the Prime Minister whether in any scheme for the relief of the unemployed he will consider the advisability of making any grant of money, to be at the disposal of stipendiary magistrates, for the relief in certain cases of the wives and families of those offenders who have been convicted under the First Offenders' Act, and whose offence has been committed as a result of starvation or destitution.
