HC Deb 05 May 1908 vol 188 cc33-4
SIR W. J. COLLINS (St. Pancras, W.)

To ask the First Commissioner of Works whether his attention has been called to the recent floods at the foot of Primrose Hill; and whether he will cause adequate drainage to be provided to carry off the surface water from this portion of the Royal park.

(Answered by Mr. Harcourt.) The answer to the first paragraph is in the affirmative; the matter is receiving my attention. I fear, however, that there will not be any funds available for drainage purposes this year.
