§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland whether ho is aware that owing to the chimneys of the houses built by the Congested Districts Board at Aiguish, Island of Lewis, being defective, the tenants suffer greatly from smoke; and will steps be taken to put the chimneys in satisfactory order.
§ MR. SINCLAIRSteps have been taken by the Congested Districts Board to cope with this evil and if the result has not been satisfactory the matter shall be further investigated.
