Member for South Somerset, as representing the President of the Board of Agriculture, whether the Board has made an order to the effect that disinfectants, weed killers, and the like preparations, are drugs within the meaning of the Sale of Food and Drugs Act; and whether it is proposed that such disinfectants, weed killers, etc., if sold by others than registered pharmacists, shall have a label attached declaring their efficiency in terms of certain recognised standard tests.
